Room was clean and quiet at night.
Room was clean and quiet at night. Breakfast was nice. Bed was comfortable. Hot shower was good.
Over priced. A building site in the garden so some noise until I complained and was then stopped. Items in the room were not replenished unless we asked for them. Room not cleaned or any towels offered during our 5 nights stay.

Overall, I would never recommend for anyone to stay here.
Not much to be honest. She does make you breakfast, which is nice as its home cooked. Their transport guy, Jay is a great guy as well and friendly. Not worth the money though.
Where do I begin: The only reason why I booked this place was because I had booked last minute and it was the only place available. I had moved from Westown Lagoon which was roughly the same price per night at this place. Right away, this place is NOT worth its value in money. Here are things that I had experienced in my 3 night stay there: - Transport to pick us up was 20-30 minutes late. - There was no blankets provided in the room. When we asked, the owner of the place said "most people don't want blankets" - I ended up catching a cold the first night due to the Aircon and no blanket. I was finally provided one the night after. - The first night, there was a power blackout at 430am. Upon the blackout, very bright emergency lights that were placed in each room turned on and woke up everyone. - the bottom room (room 4), washroom flooded very badly after showers. - The smoke alarm kept going off during the night. - There was no explanation for any of this and when we voiced our concerns, the owner would tell us "not to worry" - until finally she apologised. That took about 2 days until we finally heard any apologies. - She didnt clean the rooms - no additional toilet paper roles were provided until we asked. - She charged to use beach towels - No water was provided, no kettle, no blow dryer, - NO WIFI and you can't get data service as the resort is next to a mountain. however, the owner clearly has wifi in her house which is located on the grounds as she was able to respond to our emails. - At night, if the wind blows loud, there are metal sheets used as a roof on a shed on the grounds that make loud noise that keep everyone up. - Again, I paid about the same price for Westown Lagoon which was absolutely fantastic for the money I paid.

Great place with great host
This place has many good things to offer - and good value for the money. The resort is located in a good quite location, but only 1.5 km from town. Perfect moterbike distance to town. The rooms are completely new and of very high “western” standard. The garden is still under construction since the resort has just opened. I highly recommend this place. Beth is an amazing host!

A charming small (4 room) ‘in progress’ hotel just outside...
A charming small (4 room) ‘in progress’ hotel just outside the craziness of town, next to the backside of Tapyas. The best part is the lovely owner who is welcoming and eager to please. Nice spacious room and bathroom. Good value for money especially for Coron
Its a little noisy in the AM as it is still in the process of being built.
